Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and optimization of product listings on the Amazon platform.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and engaging product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitors, and propose strategies for improved sales performance.
Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover growth opportunities.
Help address customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally and promptly.
Stay informed about Amazon policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
Work with the team to improve operational processes and contribute to the success of the Amazon marketplace.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
Strong interest in e-commerce and understanding of online marketplaces.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to collaborate in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
