Job Summary:
As a Junior Amazon Specialist at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing marketplace business. Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and optimizing product listings on the Amazon platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and engaging product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and other product attributes.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and propose recommendations for improved sales performance.
Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated with Amazon policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive product visibility and sales growth.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operational processes and contribute to the overall success of the Amazon marketplace.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Passion for e-commerce and understanding of online marketplaces.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving industry.
